Ukraine gas chief to meet Russians
Azerbaijan News.Net Tuesday 6th January, 2009
The head of the Ukraine gas company Naftogaz intends going to Moscow on Thursday to negotiate the gas dispute with Russia.
The Russian state company Gazprom has welcomed the initiative which has also caused some surrounding countries to be affected.
Ukraine's direct neighbours have been receiving little gas, with supplies to Germany, France, Italy and Greece already falling back.
Gazprom says it has lowered the amount of gas pumped through Ukraine because Kiev is tapping gas for its own use. Email this story to a friend

Ukraine gas chief to meet Russians
2012 (R) DAN QUAYLE PRESIDENTIAL COALITION : At the average US$1.00 : Ukraine Hryvnia $7.00 exchange rate to fulfill our American Republican advise a method of “Material Incentive” to stimulate the higher unemployment-rated Ukraine is better-off than Russia’s tycoon PM Vladimir Putin to play his petty action to shorten the natural gas supplies to European countries, because Russian Ruble goes NO WHERE but keep falling value, Putin won’t bring up the Russian natural gas price, because Ukraine’s inflation rate is highest enough, the Ukrainian folks are suffering the highest inflation couldn’t afford to buy their daily breads to put foods on table. Our American Republican’s economic advise a method of “Material Incentive” to ...
1) To recycle the iron-cans that save the principal capital spent on buying raw materials. That create some new waste-management jobs for the unskilled Ukrainian unemployed, better than having a bottle of Vodka in hands all day long.
2) Using the recycled iron to manufacture the modified Kerosene stoves and American home’s water-heaters to burn biofuels like bio-diesel or/and bio-Ethanol. Manufacture in Ukraine’s state-owned arsenal factories will keep Ukrainian slow growth economy towards capitalization. At least the biofuel stoves and water-heaters can be interior-used and also export-sales to Ukraine’s neighbour countries; either export the Ukraine-made biofuel stoves and water-heaters to Iraq can selling like hot cakes. This “Material Incentive” economy method to apply in Ukraine (or Philippines as well) is “risk-free” should be approved by World Bank to grant US$10-million loan to Ukraine to run this project ahead Russia’s economy before the Ukraine to hold next presidential election.
